Distinctive Features of Exhibit Residences:  Designed by architect Roy Varacalli, Exhibit Residences will be located directly across the street from The Crystal entrance of the Royal Ontario Museum.  The building is embraced in fritted glass and consists of four cubes stacked but each cube is offset several degrees from one another.  Like its next door neighbour, the luxury condo MusuemHouse, suites will be oriented with north and south panoramic views.  Units fronting on the Bloor Street side will start from the third floor while units facing north will start at the tenth floor.  The first two floors fronting on Bloor Street will be retained for retail use.  Exhibit Residences will not have an underground parking garage as the subway runs underneath the property.  Parking will be located at the rear in the form of eight levels above ground and covered in the same fritted glass as the rest of the building.  Residents who have suites on those floors will have the added bonus of parking their car on the same level as their unit.  Suites have minimum nine foot ceiling heights and range in size from 506 square feet to full floor penthouses.  All suites also have terraces or fritted glazed balconies and standard suite features include engineered hardwood flooring, alarm system, Miele, Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances and quartz counter tops.  Electricity is individually metered and an individual thermostat provides year-round heating and air conditioning within the unit. 

Suite sizes by Cube:
Cube 1: Levels three to eight feature suite sizes ranging from one bedroom plus den of 736 square feet to two bedroom plus media space of 932 square feet.  Residents of Cube 1 have the unique convenience of parking on the same level as their suite.
Cube 2:  Units start at level eleven and feature suite sizes ranging from one bedroom plus media space of 529 square feet to two bedrooms plus media space of 978 square feet.
Cube 3: Suite sizes range from one bedroom plus media space of 506 square feet to two bedroom plus media space with terrace of 964 square feet.
Cube 4: Suite sizes range from one bedroom plus den of 732 square feet to two bedroom plus den plus media space with terrace of 1492 square feet. 

Amenities of Exhibit Residences:  The entire ninth level will be devoted to entertainment as it will feature a lounge with a bar, a private dining room with catering kitchen and lounge and finally a party room with fireplace that leads out to an outdoor rooftop garden featuring a reflecting pool with water sculpture and private seating areas framed by rows of trees.  The fitness centre will be located on the tenth level and overlook the garden below and include yoga studio, change rooms and cool down lounge.
