Monthly maintenance fee covers heat, hydro, water, cable television, central air conditioning, building insurance, parking and common elements.
Pet policy: Domestic pets are restricted to a maximum of two per unit and total weight of all pets must not exceed 10 kg. Specific breeds of dogs that are not permitted in the building include Pit Bull, Rottweiler and Doberman Pinscher. Aid dogs are permitted and exempt from weight and breed restrictions.
