Designed by architect Yann Weymouth of HOK, this luxury boutique building is easily identified by its glass curtain wall exterior, a shimmering wall of glass that maximizes light in every suite. The base of the building is made up of Algonquin limestone and Prairie Green granite while green glass, metal and stone trim are used to create the tower portion. Suites feature ceiling heights of ten to twelve feet and include balconies and terraces with a gas connection for barbeques.
|Each suite has its own mechanical room that is only accessible from the building hallway allowing maintenance work to be performed without having to enter the unit. Since the early 1960's a unique 2 storey penthouse apartment stood atop the office tower at 130 Bloor St West.
