2012 Annual Transaction Volume Christie's International Real Estate's 2012 transaction volume was $80 billion; nearly double that of its nearest competitor, Sotheby's, who came in at $41 billion.

Christie's International Real Estate's strategic on-line marketing partnership with the Wall Street Journal also resulted in a 361% increase in referral traffic from the WSJ website.
Total year over year visits increased 46% in 2012 to 1,490,160 with average an of 124,180 visits per month and 83,907 unique visitors per month. Percentage of new visits increased 58% over the previous year and organic traffic (non-advertising) increased 30% over 2011. After google.com, Christies.com was the top reffering website with a year over year increase of 16%.
As Christie's has done with art, Christie's International Real Estate has now set the bar for selling the world's most expensive real estate.
